PEAK Flow 2

PEAKFlow 2 will detoxify, strengthen, and enlighten the body, mind and soul! Practicing through this power Vinyasa class, focusing on breath per movement, you’ll find balance and intention through each posture. Whether you’re new to yoga or have an advanced practice, PEAKYoga will challenge and tone you to the core!

PEAKBarre Express

PEAKExpress is a similar format to PEAKBarre Two. This fast paced class is designed to help you get a great workout in 45 minutes. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels however we encourage you to take at least 5 PEAKBarre One classes if you are new to the Barre experience.

PEAKBarre Two

PEAKBarre Two is a challenging, non-impact fitness class designed to produce lean, sculpted bodies. PEAKBarre combines ballet barre work, core conditioning, and muscle strengthening movements that will build, flexibility, stability and muscle density. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels however we encourage you to take at least 5 PEAKBarre One classes if you are new to the Barre experience.

Youth Yoga: (6th-8th grade)

Yoga helps us both mentally and physically. It is an amazing way for young adults to connect to their bodies and minds. This class empowers your tween to be themselves, increases their flexibility and builds strength in a non-competitive environment.  During this class, we will focus on some breathing and meditation techniques, set an intention to carry out through class, journal and use a variety of yoga poses to create a sequence/flow.

Karma Kids (K-5th grade)

Yoga helps kids with building their strength and flexibility while also helping them with their focus and concentration.  Yoga shows kids ways to cope with stress and emotions. During this class, we will focus on an intention, do some creative journaling, and use a variety of yoga poses to create a sequence/flow.


Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100s of exercises. This group fitness class is an amazing way to spice up your workout! The fun and innovative classes will maximize calorie burn while toning every muscle in your body.


Tabata is a High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) workout. The format is 20 seconds of an exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. This class alternates intervals of strength with intervals of cardio for a duration 7-8 sets per class (4 cardio sets and 4 strength sets).
Each muscle group is worked in this class. It is a great complement to barre classes as it works your larger muscle groups and gets your heart rate up for increased cardiovascular performance. You will use your own body resistance and light to medium weights to build strength and improve bone density.


PEAK ESSENTIALS is an ideal class for those clients who are new barre and yoga or for clients who want a slower paced focused workout. This class will allow clients to learn the basic poses of yoga and the language of barre and become familiar with the cues and flow of both yoga and barre classes.There will be less variations and a greater focus on the alignment of the body with in each position or pose. This class will be incredibly beneficial for newer clients as well as experienced clients wanting to focus more on their practice.

PEAK CardioBarre

PEAK CardioBarre is a high energy combination barre class that incorporates barre with periods of cardio bursts and strength training that will get your heart pumping.  Exercises in this class are low impact with an emphasis on proper alignment. Due to this classes advanced cueing and quicker pace we recommend all students have completed 5 PEAK Barre classes prior to taking PEAK CardioBarre.

PEAK YogaBarre

PEAK YogaBarre is a combination of two of our favorites: yoga and barre.  The first half of class focuses on a Vinyasa Flow series and core work. While the remainder of class concentrates on arm, seat and thigh work.  This class is designed for all fitness levels.  

PEAK Sculpt

PEAK Sculpt is a total body workout that incorporates Vinyasa Flow Yoga, strength training, cardio and core work. It is designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group, while boosting metabolism, elevating your heart rate, and enhancing your strength and flexibility. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels. Please bring your own yoga mat.

PEAK Flow 1

PEAK Flow 1 is a great class for those of you who are new to yoga or for clients who want to deepen their practice.  This class is similar to our Flow 2 but moves at a slower pace while offering longer holds while flowing.  It is an amazing class for all fitness levels.  

ABC Class

This 45 minute strength based class will focus on your arms, booty and core. Using weights, resistance bands and TRX straps, we will target and tone all three areas during class.

Cardio Kickboxing

This class combines martial arts techniques with cardiovascular exercise.  It increases stamina, improves coordination and flexibility and burns calories as you build lean muscles.  This class integrates combinations of different punches and kicks. Additional muscle and motion exercises are incorporated to strengthen and tone.  You will have fun, reduce stress and get an awesome, full body workout. This class is for all fitness levels. No physical contact is used during this class.  And no equipment is needed. You will need shoes for this class.

Strength and Stretch

This 45 minute class is a great way to get energized.  You will increase your flexibility and strength as well as stretch and tone your body.  Using weights, resistance bands and TRX straps for strength while incorporating yoga for stretching.  This class is a win win!

Boot Camp

Dare to step into the unknown! Boot Camps are an organic workout created by your PEAK Instructor. Reconnect with your body, increase your strength and flexibility with this amazingly effective workout!

Hot HIIT Pilates

Hot Pilates is a high intensity, low impact, interval training class that uses Pilates principles. By combining Pilates principles with Hitt, this class covers it all – cardio, long lean muscle toning and increased core stability. Expect to get hot.

Cancellation Policy: To make sure anyone that is on the wait list gets a chance to make it to a class, all classes must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance or you are subject to the No Show/Late Cancel fee of $10.
